Really cool and rare vintage towel from Jekyll Island Club Hotel, an historic fixture of Jekyll Island and Georgia in general. Built in 1887, and famous for being the meeting location where legislation for the Federal Reserve was written.
The image on the towel was depicted by Chas. A. Alexander, an architect from Chicago Illinois, 1887.
Towel is in excellent used condition does not have any holes, stains, bleach spots or snags. That is a dark teal green color and quality, thick terry cloth. Made in the USA.
